P6. Unauthorized Drainage Work

1. Unless authorized by the local authority -
   
   
   1. no person shall in any manner interfere with any sewer or connecting sewer;
      
      
   2. no person shall break into or interfere with any part of a drainage installation other than for the purpose of repair and maintenance.
      
      
2. Any person who carries out or permits the carrying of any unauthorized work contemplated in this regulation, shall be guilty of an offence.
