A9. Fire Protection Plan

Where so required by the local authority, any application in respect of the erection of any building not being a dwelling house, shall be accompanied by a protection fire plan which shall clearly show any fire protection measures provided in terms of these regulations.
The provisions of subregulation (1) shall not be construed as preventing details of such fire protection measures being clearly indicated on a layout drawing required in terms of regulation A2(1)(b).
