8.0 Time Charges

HOURLY RATES

The tariff of fees on a time basis shall be according to clause 10.2
TRAVELLING TIME
1. Where the firm's fee is on a percentage basis, time charges shall apply only where the round trip distance between the destination and the firm's place of practice exceeds 50 kilometres
2. Where the firm's fee is on a time basis, time charges shall apply to the full round trip regardless of distance
DISPUTES

For acting as arbitrator, mediator or expert witness, the fee shall be as recommended by the Association of Arbitrators
