14. Representations to the Council Any registered person or a non-approved provider may make representations to the Council should they feel aggrieved by an assessment by a voluntary association of a CPD activity, either in terms of content or credit allocated, and such representation must be made no later than 30 days after an assessment has been made by such voluntary association. |
