12. Approval of providers of CPD activities

Voluntary associations and accredited educational institutions are hereby approved for purposes of offering Category 1 CPD activities, unless otherwise specified by the Council
Voluntary Associations are hereby approved for the purposes of validating and monitoring Category 1 CPD activities offered by providers who have not been approved in terms of these conditions and may allocate appropriate credits to such activities.
Voluntary Associations may charge an appropriate fee for the purposes of recovering costs reasonably incurred for validating such activity.
