30. Appointment of Disciplinary Tribunal
- The council must appoint a disciplinary tribunal to hear a charge of improper
conduct if a person charged -
- denies the charge; or
- fails to comply with section 29(3)(b).
- The disciplinary tribunal must consist of at least -
- a person who specialises in the professional field concerning the charge;
- a professional who has appropriate experience; and
- a person qualified in law and who has appropriate experience.
